2- Danube Demining and Unexploded Ordinance (UXO) Clearance utilizes our extensive experience in assessment, surveying, searching, demining and UXO clearance for humanitarian purposes. Danube Demining staff members use the latest technology and have been thoroughly trained to safely demolish condemned structures, conduct controlled blasts for road and tunnel construction and carry out various mining operations. We are dedicated to returning Iraqi land to a cleaner and safer state and foster an environment for rebuilding and development through the clearance of mines and UXO left behind by many years of war.

3- Seine Trading and Commercial Agencies has decades of experience in trading through the export of local products and import and representation of foreign manufacturers supported by a large supplier and transport network that delivers goods to stores and salons all around Iraq. We are a trading agent for Leivy cosmetics and the National Factory for Polyethylene Bags in Jordan. We fully support the international movement of goods to serve our Iraqi economy and to achieve a higher standard of living for the Iraqi people. 4- Ahram Al Furat General Contracting & Oil Services, Daughter Company of the group with same management and senior staff. Major Engineering and Construction Company in Iraq, with two main activities. Engineering and Construction of all Civil Works, and Oil Services, supplies and oil construction. The company have been participating in most major group projects. With our qualified and experienced staff in Design, Surveying, Engineering, Construction, and Consulting, we have been able to execute large numbers of projects with domestic and foreign Clients.

5- Mushroom Plant “Mushroom Valley” in Erbil, Wady Alftir Plant Production & Agriculture Crops (Mushroom Plant “Mushroom Valley”). Mushrooms' Valley Company established in 2010 specialized in agricultural investments, as part of our efforts agricultural industries development in Iraq and to help our people to get the best quality of food with best price convenient to their living facilitates. The company started building 500 tons/year Mushroom plant in Erbil as first plant in the area and second plant in Iraq. The plant in based on the most modern high technology and equipment from Netherland, supported by high educated experienced staff for best results.
