As
a result of a growing need in Iraq for quality construction
with timely delivery, the Danube Group was founded
in 1989 and principally consisted of two sister
companies; Danube Construction and General Contracting
and Seine Trading and Commercial Agencies. In 2003,
due to an urgent need for humanitarian demining,
Danube Demining and Unexploded Ordinance Clearance
was established, have licensed by the Ministry of
Environment and combined with the main group.
Throughout the past two decades, the group has successfully
executed myriad projects, serving domestic and international
clientele, and maintains the fortunate position
of being able to contribute to the fields of construction
and trading in Iraq. Ultimately, access to foreign
manufacturing and shipping facilities combined with
local execution and expertise has given Danube Group
a decidedly competitive advantage. Moreover, it
has allowed us to further capitalize on our potential
and remain a stable, productive force in a relatively
unstable market.
